Nutech IT Supplies is one of New Zealand's leading wholesale distributors of printer consumables & imaging products.
Nutech is also the countries largest re-manufacturer and recycler of inkjet & toner printer cartridges which reflects a growing consumer demand for environmentally responsible products.
Toner Recycling Centre (TRC, a division of Nutech) collects hundreds of empty cartridges every day from offices, schools and charities nationwide. TRC is a free collection service independent from OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and collects any brand of empty cartridge.
Not all cartridges can be remanufactured, TRC staff sort and classify to ensure cartridges are remanufactured, recycled or disposed of in the most environmentally friendly & cost effective way. TRC's environmental credentials were recently recognised, winning the Enterprise North Shore Award for Excellence in Environmental Management in 2006.
In Nutech's factory cartridges are dismantled, checked, reassembled with new components as required and refilled. The resulting remanufactured toner cartridge is tested to stringent quality standards. These cartridges are then sold in a range of familiar brands, satisfying both the demand for eco-friendly and product quality at competitive prices.
